The company registry and company hub

Every company your firm acts for in one registry, with a hub for officers, capital, compliance, documents and activity.

The company registry and company hub in Sekriva

Everything in Sekriva starts with the company registry. It lists every company your firm acts for, with:

  • registration details and financial year end (FYE)
  • addresses
  • officers and shareholders
  • obligations, filings and documents

Adding a company

  1. Click Add Company.
  2. Enter the 12-digit SSM registration number and the incorporation date.
  3. Set the financial year end. The compliance engine uses the FYE and the incorporation date to schedule the company’s obligations.

If you later change the FYE or the incorporation date, Sekriva regenerates the forecast obligations for you.

Deleting a company archives it (a soft delete). Its history is never lost.

The company hub

Open any company to reach its hub, the single page for everything about it. Tabs take you through:

  • the profile
  • officers and shareholders
  • obligations and filings
  • documents and tasks
  • the activity log

Every change is captured in the Activity tab’s audit trail.

Directors, officers and people

People are stored once and linked to companies as directors, secretaries, shareholders or beneficial owners. One person record can hold many appointments across your portfolio, so you never re-key a director who sits on ten boards.

  • Add a person once, with their NRIC or passport details.
  • Appoint them to companies through a corporate action, so the resolutions and filings are prepared with it.
  • Review all of their appointments and cessations on the person’s profile.

A resignation ends an appointment with a date. The record stays in the register. Identity numbers are masked on screen unless your role can view sensitive data.

Corporate shareholders

When a company is owned by another company, you record the corporate shareholder as an organisation with its jurisdiction and its own owners. That ownership chain is what Sekriva uses to trace beneficial ownership.

Keeping clients in the loop

Clients never sign in to Sekriva. Your team keeps each company’s records and sends clients what they need by email. More in client requests and approvals.
